We only take orders via our secure, encrypted, online shopping cart. No telephone orders.
Payment
Payment must be made with a valid credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express). NO COD.

Shipping & Delivery
At this time, MidwestLabel.com ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii via either USP or FedEx, and not to international locations. Nor does MidwestLabel.com ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Orders must be placed by 11:00 am CST to be shipped on the same day.
MidwestLabel.com reserves the right to fill in the "Company" name when left blank on the order form, if the shipping address given matches a commercial address.
ALTHOUGH UPS IS THE ONLY CARRIER LISTED WHEN CHECKING OUT, MIDWESTLABEL.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE EITHER UPS OR FEDEX AS THE ACTUAL SHIPPING CARRIER.
Sales Tax
MidwestLabel.com charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Return Policy on STOCK ITEMS
It's rare that a mistake on orders is made. However, if a mistake is made on your order and MidwestLabel.com is at fault, we will refund your money upon receipt of the unopened items you send back to us. If the mistake is your fault, we will refund your money minus a 20% re-stocking fee and shipping costs upon receipt of the unopened items you send back within 30 days of order date. Shipping on undamaged returned items is the customers responsibility.
Damaged Goods - Upon receipt of goods, if damage exists, please do the following:
1.) Retain the original shipping carton
2.) Contact us
3.) Notify your local carrier office and inform them that you have damaged goods to return to the shipper.
We will re-ship your order at no charge and file a claim with the local carrier. If you have goods you would like to return, please contact us for an authorization number and send it to us prepaid. Authorized returns must be shipped in original cartons. Merchandise not properly packed that incurs damage will be credited at salvage value.
Return Policy on CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS
We go to great lengths to ensure that custom printed items are produced to the customer's specification. There are no refunds given on custom printed items. However, if a mistake is made on your order and MidwestLabel.com is at fault, we will reprint your order upon receipt of the items you send back to us. If the mistake is your fault, we cannot reprint your order.
